Warranty & Return Policy

Claim, and warranty :

Pay later alligator generally offers a 12-month warranty period for all products. In case of electronic products they usually come with a 3 months warranty. Please check the product list for the warranty period.

Warranty and Return:

You are informed to alert Pay Later Alligator for any damage or the faulty item received within the 10 working days. In addition, for a detailed review, you will be required to send an image or a short video of faulty or damaged pieces in the order. Once confirmed and approved by our resolution team, you will be notified to proceed for the replacement of the item or part, return or refund process. Please do not return the item without our approval. we won’t accept it. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

What does the warranty include?

  • Defected items.
  • Transit damages.
  • Faulty pieces or product.
  • Quality related issues.

What does the warranty not include?

  • Improper handling of the product.
  • Improper installation.
  • Intentional or unintentional damage of the item.
  • Used product.
  • Damage caused by the end user or unattended children, pet or weather.
  • Commercial use without manufacturer's consent/recommendation.
  • On completion of 12 months from date of Purchase.

In case of any damage or breakage due to customer’s negligence, we don’t offer a cover-up for shipping cost in this regard or even replacement of the product.

What to claim?

In case of a faulty or damaged piece, you can claim for the any option from following-

  • Fixing the product.
  • Replacement of the product or the particular faulty part.
  • Refund, if they can’t be fixed or out of stock.

How long will the refund process take?

It usually takes 2-5 working days & in some cases Repostage/Return can exceed by a few more days. Moreover, refund also depends on the payment provider you choose.

Missing an item from order?

If you discover an item is missing from your order, kindly contact us within 10 days from delivery to sort out this issue. Please note that sometimes certain items are shipped separately & from different places too.

An item I received is incorrect:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, so that we can arrange a replacement. We will send you to return postage to get the item back and send you the one you ordered. All items should be packed in its original packing along with manuals, accessories, or any documentation that was sent with it. A refund will be given if the replacement item is out of stock.
