Sorry it's not possible, as you once placed an order from our online store, we can not hold it further and cancel it .
We aim to process your order quickly(Auto processing system) so in most of the cases your order will be treated as confirmed upon payment confirmation email. We are using a third party fulfilment service and we have set an Automatic notification process, so once confirmed, they will also get order dispatch notification. So it is not Possible to cancel any order once confirmed by our online store.
On your behalf, we can request a courier company to RTS (Return to sender) or simultaneously on arrival ,you can reject the delivery and it will be returned to us by them.
NOTE-- THE RTS OR REJECTION OF DELIVERY WILL INCUR RETURN - RESTOCKING FEES ON IT.
Return-Restocking fees = Original Shipping Charge + Return Shipping Charge + 15% of Product Price

We sell most products from different manufacturers, wholesalers, Importers and sellers. So we try our best to keep stock level matched. In case, if the products are out of stock & you were able to purchase from our website(due to delay in stock updation), we will have to cancel the order & refund the full amount via the original payment method you used at the time of Ordering.
pay later alligator usually offers a 12-month warranty on all products, unless stated otherwise. All electronics products will have only 3-month warranty. Please refer to the product listing for the warranty period.
You need to notify pay later alligator within 10 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are also required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our resolution team/claim department, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process.

To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also share the brief description of an issue/problem and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.
Refund will be applied via Original payment mode only, unless agreed and arranged via alternate option.
Refund generally takes up to 2 working days to process and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
